Not the wellness industry. Actual wellness. There's a difference.

True wellness doesn't require a supplement stack or a biohacking protocol. It requires paying attention to how you feel and making small adjustments over time. That's harder than buying something and easier than most wellness content admits. At least that’s the version that I subscribe to.
